18px;">经查，唐宏违反中央八项规定精神，接收可能影响公正执行公务的礼品礼金；违规报销培训机票费；利用职务便利，为他人在通过人防工程审查申请、缓交人防易地建设费等方面提供帮助并收受财物，数额特别巨大。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">唐宏严重违反国家法律法规，构成职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中华人民共和国监察法》和《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等相关规定，经江油市纪委常委会会议研究并报江油市委批准，由江油市监委给予唐宏开除公职处分；经三台县监委研究决定，将唐宏涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。</span></p><p
