PingFangSC-Regular;">2021年6月，北川警方得到公安部下发的涉“两卡”犯罪线索，辖区永昌镇居民陈某存在重大嫌疑。北川公安局迅速成立专案组，对其银行流水、人员轨迹等进行分析研判和侦查后，很快固定了证据并实施抓捕。根据陈某供述，民警理出了一个涉及全国多地，专门为网络赌博和电信诈骗洗钱过账的“跑分”团伙。2021年8月，经过周密部署，专案组多个侦查小组分赴成都、绵阳等地，通过摸排、核实、蹲守，实施收网抓捕，成功捣毁了以陈某、吴某等人为首的“跑分”犯罪团伙。先后抓获嫌疑人26名，涉及银行卡81张，涉案金额达5000余万元，非法获利40余万元。</span></p><section><p PingFangSC-Regular;">据吴某交代，他在参与网络赌博时，经客服介绍下载了一个跑分平台，便开始利用自己名下的4张银行卡“跑分”非法获利。不仅如此，他还介绍陈某等亲朋好友十余人加入“跑分”，其他人员又互相介绍认识的人参与，形成了一个“跑分”分布网。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size:
