</p><p></p><p>尊敬的自来水用户：</p><p> 受上游地区降雨影响，涪江原水浊度持续攀升，19日22：00，涪江九岭段原水浊度高达90880NTU（NTU为浊度单位），20日2：35，我司第三水厂取水口处原水浊度达到峰值67100NTU，供水生产遭受严重冲击，主力第二、第三水厂持续减产超过95%，并于20日1时被迫停产。</p><p> 我司启动城市供水应急预案，启用城市备用水源，采取人工排泥除渣方式，加强应急抢险和生产组织，主力水厂于20日5时启动运行。由于当前涪江原水浊度仍超过46000NTU ,远超水厂设计处理能力，产水量大幅降低，受上述因素叠加影响，目前全城供水处于失压状态，导致城区出现大面积停水。</p><p>
